How to use mouthwash and gargle?
After I use mouthwash and I spit it out am I suppose to rinse my mouth clean with water or what? Also can anyone give instructions/tips on how to gargle? Thanks

Rinse 1 minute and then spit. Swish vigorously and push it between the teeth. Just put your head back and close off your throat. Make a "gugggggg" sound with the muscles of your throat and tongue. Don't rinse it off, it dilutes the medicine too quickly. It doesn't have time to work in just a minute. It would be like using Lysol on your cabinets and then quickly rinsing with water. Needs time to kill stuff.
