Contrary to the previous answer, lumineers do not fracture and chip easily if done properly and under the right circumstances. If you do not want braces and want a quick fix they may be the answer for you. I have had patients with veneers for over 15 years and they still look great. It is not done for $$$$$$ and to keep you coming back. It 's done to get you the look you want with your complete cooperation and understanding.

Lumineers are a very thin version of generic veneers. They look great but can chip and fracture easily. Also, if you are trying to cover any discoloration, they do a poor job. Do some reading on this or ask your dentist. If your dentist promotes Lumineers, it might be because he knows you will be back for further treatment in the not so distant future. Win win for him. $$$
