I have Aflac for Dental and Vision, can anyone explain how this works?!

I have Aflac for Dental and Vision, can anyone explain how this works?
Do I have to pay upfront and then get reimbursed, or does Aflac get charged? I know a lot of places I've asked in my area do not accept Aflac...one would be my dentist.

Aflac is a progressive insurance the longer you have it the more they pay and if your dentist doesn't accept Aflac you should see if you can submit the claim to them your self
so if you do that you would have to pay the dentist your self and get reimbursed from Aflac yourself
