try a little peroxide out of the bottle while brushing your teeth BUT DO NOT SWALLOW ... SWISH & SPIT ... I do this all the time and it works ... just enough to cover the bottom of a small cap ... like the one that is kept in the bathroom ... you will see just takes a little time ... let me know if this works for you ... peace

thats natural i should know my moms a dental hygienist, WHITENING DAMAGES ENAMEL ON TEETH do not use whitening agents. for example the stuff you see in commercials those strips you put on teeth. Whitening toothpaste is ok though its not the same thing. just let it be dude its normal. just brush twice a day with quality toothpaste for 2 minutes up and down

crest white strips or professional whitening

You need to have them professionally clean by an hygienist.

I'd pull them, yuck.

Zoom whitening $500 or so at your dental office, BUT first get professionally CLEANED $300-$1000,then the usual general cleaning every 6 months usually cost $60-$100 THEN whiten. Good Luck

There are some special pastes that whiten your teeth up..u could check it up in the pharmacy. they're called teeth whiteners and they work 4 me!!

Do you go to a dentist? If you do ask him/her about a tooth whtiening kit and not that BS they sell over the counter in stores. Those are crap products. Your dentist will give you a custom made tray and a supply of gel to use. i've been using them for two months now and have seen a big improvement. And yes the stuff is safe. There is a little sensitivity when using the product but after two or three days of stopping the treatment the sensitivity goes away.

get a dentist to capp them, boviously.

STOP BRUSHING FOR 5 MINS! You're currently wearing off the enamel by doing that, which is probably why they are yellow. Remember that some people genetically have whitter teeth so don't let it eat you too much... Just, teeth whitners aren't really good for you. If you drink coffee or tea that makes your teeth yellow. Just really watch what you eat and drink and stop brushing so much, you should be fine.

You may be suffering from dental fluorosis. The addition of fluoride to the water supply, brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste, and drinking sodas (they all contain lots of fluoride) is shown to be the first visible sign of this negligence by government officials that are ignoring this problem. The cells that produce the collagen matrix, which forms enamel, are poisoned to the point that they can no longer produce opalescent pearl-like enamel. Fluorotic enamel is irregular in texture, porous, chalky white to brown in color, and brittle. In severe cases, the enamel forms incompletely and corners easily break off the teeth.

All of the organizations promoting water fluoridation agree that dental fluorosis, which is the first visible sign of systemic poisoning, increases with water fluoride levels. The Legislative Office of Budget Management acknowledges that drinking water fluoridation would increase disfiguring dental fluorosis, but since treatment of this disease is not covered for children on welfare, calculated that there would be no additional. cost to the state. Clearly they are not considering the enormous legal liability for physical and psychological damage which accompany this disfiguring disease.

The problem is not on the surface, but in your enamel. That is why you can't get rid of the problem with whiteners. You can go to the dentist that can put coatings on, but that is probably your only alternative. It is not reversible and the damage has been done. If you got a fluoride treatment from your dentist, you can thank him for contributing to this problem.

It's not easy to be healthy in America today. The media, professional people, and so called "experts" that promote many things to the American public should be held responsible for what they are doing, but big money seems to shield this from happening.

An additional comment is that fluoride competes with iodine for absorption in your body. The more fluoride you are exposed to, the more deficient you will become in iodine. To test this, just buy a small bottle of "tincture of iodine" from the drug store and paint a smear of this 2" x 3" on your forearm. Note the time of day. If it disappears in less than 24 hours, you are very deficient in iodine and your whole body will be affected. Your thyroid uses 4% of this iodine to make hormones and if you are deficient, your thyroid is going to be affected in many ways.

good luck

Wear a brown necktie.

Use baking soda.. miss a little with water and brush with it.. it works wonders

Too much fluoride could have caused this - unless it's the natural color of your teeth which are not supposed to be gleaming white. If you are comparing yourselves to people on TV or in magazine, realize that they get their teeth unnaturally whitened

However, if it is fluorosis, some dentists use microabrasion to take off the outer layer, harmlessly, to remove the stain. It's cheaper than veneers or caps.

But your probably are beautiful the way you are and don't need anything done.

brush your teeth with bleach but don't swallow it.
