3 yr old has a strange lookin molar?!
Question: I was looking in my 3 yr olds mouth (she saw me looking at her brothers new 6yr molars) and i noticed her molars in back look deformed. it seems to have extra "points" on it so instead of 4 it ooks like it has 6. Do i need to take her to a denist? or is this something normal?
