Medical and dental insurance are often different policies. You need to find out exactly what your policies specify you can and can't do before your proceed and exactly what you need to get done. Everyone's policies are different. I have a problem when I call my insurance because they try to get out of paying. Get your policy and read it yourself. Look up any words you don't understand and write down questions you have and then call your insurance company. Get answers to the questions and it helps to have someone you can bounce their answers off of.

braces are concidered cosmetic so no coverage for you

i dun think so.

Normally, insurance cover doesnt applies for cosmetic treatment for your dental problems. You may get covered for normal dental treatments. Read the terms and conditions of your insurer.

They will pay for some of it but don't expect them to pay it all.
