Sore Mounth?!

Sore Mounth?
The top right (my right) area of my mouth in the very back where the skin is kind of softer and webbed, Is very very sore. It started out in that area like a small cut or canker. Now it hurts to swallow and chew because of it talking and yawning even becomes a little painful. It is red back there and burns when I feel it with my tongue. I am guessing it is a wisdom tooth. But I am just guessing. I have all of my secondary teeth in. What could this be? thanks!
