Vitamin deficiency?!
Question: How long does it take to recover from a vitamin deficiency? specifically, C, but anyone with experience in any vitamin deficiency, feel free to chime in. It's been a couple months but my gums still pain on a daily basis, though much less than when I wasn't taking vitamin C. My dentist and gum specialist says everything is fine as far as he can see and I do brush/floss regularly. Thank you

keep continuing ur tablets...as vit c is a wter soluble vitamin...it is not stored in ur body like other vitamins like vit a,d e, n k.... so u got to eat it everyday to keep replenishing it... also u can eat citrus fruits like oranges ,grapes... lemons [fresh lemonade probabli...] n one of the richest source of vit c is gooseberrys.... u can try eating it wth salt or pickled ones.... but sureli it will b worth all the efforts...!!
n keep maintaing a good oral hygiene....
gud luck wth it !!!! keep smiling !! merry christmas !! :D
