Did you have time to date while attending dental school?
its a pretty hard study for years. do you put yoiu social life on hold

It depends on the dental student and the location of the school..
When I was in dental school, I had several classmates who were party animals yet they were able to match into very competitive post-grad specialty programs (i.e. their GPAs and NDBE scores were phenomenal). These guys leave me scratching my head wondering how they manage it.
Then I had classmates who have no social life, study their butts off, but were only able to get passable scores.
I'm somewhere in between those two extremes. Had some fun, but I put in my fair share of all-nighters.
Location matters.. Dental schools in big cities like the one at NYU will be much more lively, being in downtown Manhattan where there are plenty of nightspots. Then you got schools out in the boonies where everything closes by 10PM and the town is just dead.
Probably a few other factors too, but those are off the top of my head.
