Hw do i remove my own braces?!?

i had them on for five years and were supposed to get these off3 years ago....honestly do not have any money to pay to get them off. my rubberbands popped 2months ago...so naturally the wires came off. now all i have are the little squares(whatever they're called..) hw do i get those off by myself?????

You dont! Please please take this seriously!
They are bonded chemically to your teeth as well as physically, the glue and your tooth enamel are one and the same right now


I did it myself and it was horribly painful! I had to break them off using a pair of plyers

ever since I have little pits where they used to be.

I have a gorgeous smile BUT....it isnt a perfect smile and I have had to have alot of specialized cleanings and appointments since to care for my teeth.


it can be very difficult afterwards too because you will strip your teeth of many layers of enamel. Your teeth can either rot and/or will be VERY sensitive to hot and cold items for the rest of your life

not to mention you can break entire teeth!

a basic dentist can remove them for you! and it isnt that expensive. do you have medical insurance? if not apply for state funded insurance.
