Answers:
Baking soda would be okay to use daily I believe, but the peroxide is another matter. It depends on the dilution of the peroxide. The typical stuff you buy over the counter? Truthfully, I wouldn't use it more than a couple of times a week as I'd think it could start eating away the enamel on your teeth.
