Has anyone had their wisdom teeth removed with just laughing gas and numbing medication?

can you please tell me how it went and how it felt.
like could you feel anything they were doing?
how long did it take you to heal??

please give me all the details!

I got my wisdom pulled out when I was 15. The dentist said that if I don't get the wisdom teeth removed, it can come in contact with the other teeth therefore pushing them into an angle. I had a decision whether to have braces or to get it taken out. I picked to get it taken out because of faster relief. I wouldn't say it hurt, only felt a huge amount of pressure when getting it pulled out. For pain relief, I asked the dentist if I could listen to my MP3 player to soothe my nerves (which helped alot) and then he placed numbing gel around the gums then got 2 injection in the gums to numb it even more. Then a hook was used to yank it out. Sorry to tell you this but you will get it sooner or later. After that, I used these gauze mats which i had to bite on the soak up the blood. I even got to keep the tooth for momento. LOL!
