My teeth/gums bleed overnight and are sensitive when i touch them. what can i do!
Question: Ive got a dentist appointment booked but the earlier i could get was in a few weeks so i need some advice to pass the time. How can I make them better myself in the mean time... or just stop them from getting worse. I brush my teeth regulary, floss, mouthwash so i just dont see how it happened? Anyhelp would be fantastic.

i had a similar problem. I had got run down and ended up with a gum infection. Keep up with the flossing and brushing but use some mouth wash called corsodyl its especially designed for bleeding gums. I think you can only use it for a week at a time but its good stuff. they also do gels etc for leavin on your gums which is supposed to be fab. i got these recommended by my hygienist and dentist.
The enamel on your teeth have worn down (kind of hard to see with the human eye but is see-able). It's also a possibility that you may have some sort of bacterial infection causing your teeth to become sensitive and the mouth wash you use isn't getting rid of all the germs/bacteria. You could try using sensodyne toothpaste as that will provide temporary releif from your pain.
You need deep scaling done to your teeth. See a dentist.
There's a mouth wash called Corsydol, ask your dentist for it or you can buy it at the chemist, it's about
