Do you brush the roof of your mouth?
I have discovered something that is new to me.
Admittedly, I am a dental hygiene freak.
I brush my teeth minimum of 3x a day.
I have been brushing my tongue for years, but discovered that if you brush your roof of your mouth, it tickles like crazy, but it feels exhilarating afterward!
Ok, ok, I know, I don't get out much.... sorry to say.
I will work on that, but still it is amazing & you gotta try it!

I brush my tongue, roof of my mouth, gums, inside of cheeks, under tongue everywhere.
