Ten years after braces were taken out- why are my front bottom teeth shifting no!

Question: It's called mesial drift, it is normal for everyones teeth to shift toward the midline...I suspect you do not have a lingual wire or lower retainer?

Don't you have a metal thing at the back of your bottom front teeth and a retainer for the top? Metal wire should stay in for life.

You can have your dentist put in a brace in the back of your teeth.
I have the same problem...get xrays to see if there is a loss of bone.
