my daughter has the same thing. Her gap was due to the skin running from her upper lip down between her front teeth. She had to get a frenectomy done and will be getting braces Thursday. We tried the rubber bands that they use at the orthodontist to try to pull the gap together ourself but, the teeth kept going back. The ortho even said when the braces are removed, she will have a small permanent retainer on her upper front teeth to hold them together. Good luck. My daughter is only 11 and it really bothers her.

talk to your dentist who can refer you to an orthodontist..
you could use invisalign, braces or even a retainer could work. but youd have to talk to an ortho to find out what would work best for you
Sorrz there are no remedies. I think u should go and ask ur dentist about it and ask him/her what should be done to close the gap

You're gonna have to go to the dentist and pay 3000$ to get it fixed just like everyone else.
You could have a mesioden (an extra tooth between your two front teeth hidden in the gingiva). Or you could have a large labial frenum causing the space, which you would need to have it surgically snipped and then some ortho. Or it could just be the way your teeth erupted.
First it depends on how old you are. I had the same problem when I was in my early teens, but once by wisdom teeth started growing in the gap started getting smaller and eventually went away. These gaps actually helped me from getting my wisdom teeth pulled and enormous amounts of pain.
