Retainer issue.. Please help!?
I had my braces taken off exactly last year. The reason why I had braces was to correct my overbite. When my braces were taken off, I was given a clear, plastic retainer to wear for twenty-four hours, to wear for one whole year. After that year, I'm supposed to wear the retainer at night. Well, it's been about a year, and I have just lost my retainer. Stupid question, I know, but you don't think it'll cause any damage if I go without it, now? Or use my 'bleach tray'?

If you don't use your retainer, your teeth will shift. Your bleach tray is not strong enough to keep your teeth in line. I hate to say it, but go back and get fitted for another one.
