you can buy tablets from any dentist that dissolve in water with the retainer to clean it.
alternatively you could clean it with your toothbrush.
boil it...or just brush it..i used to boil mine
dont boil it.. it will mess up
Brush your retainer. Soak it in hot water, then cool it off by running it under cold water
NOOO Dont boil it that will ruin it,
u can only brush it with your tooth brush and run it under COLD water!
DONT boil it. the retainer will melt. what ever you do. DONT BOIL IT!
