Ok i got a probelm... its teeth related see below...?
recently i got my wisedom teeth removed and i forgot to ask about my retainers which i'm supposed to wear at night. my mouth is still swollen and the retainers hurt when i wear them but if i don't wear them i'm, afarid my teeth will go back. have already went 2 night without then and i'm not sure if its ok to not wear them or if i should wear then in short periods of time or if i should just deal with the pain and wear them like normal. i really appriciate the help anyone can give me.

Don't wear them until the swelling subsides, it shouldn't be long. Also, try a weak salt water rinse 3-4 times a day to help with healing. Any temporary shifting the teeth do will not be enough to make the retainers not fit, they may be a little tight when they first go back in but it isn't worth it to have the pain so for now leave them out!
