Invisaligns?!

Question: Who has experienced them and do you feel that they work faster and greater then the metal ones?

Basically are they REALLY worth the money because they cost a good $3-4,000 I was told.

I have experience, I am not gonna give you BS about it because its what I heard. My teeth are not horrible, however I am in the customer service business and would not wear the conventional braces if I had anything to do with it. Along with my dental insurance I paid 3500.00 for a ten month session. They show you right then and there what your teeth are gonna look like in four weeks, ten weeks, 16 weeks, etc, and you can see right before your eyes how perfect they will look. They are convenient, easy to clean, cause a slight lisp, but in the long run worth it. Dont listen to people whom are hardly through there entire session who say, "My teeth are all messed up! This doesnt work!" Your teeth will feel wierd when you eat, that is because they are moving. In the end you will see the difference.

Most people that I have seen use the invisaligns usually have to get braces after wards anyways because they didn't see any results with the invisalign or didn't get the results that they wanted. My orthodontist believes in using a retainer that is similar to the invisaligns for after braces, it has worked as a retainer to help hold my teeth in place (along with a traditional retainer). Good luck!

I used invisaligns about a year ago and I have an awesome smile now! I was very impressed with the results. They did cost me $4,000.00 but since I am older I really did not want the metal braces and invisalign was the perfect option for me. I loved that I could take them out to brush my teeth and to eat. I would highly recommend them as long as your dentist says you are a good candidate for them. I would be more than happy to answer any questions you would have. Just ask and good luck!

My friend used them and her smile looks great now. There were a lot of dental appointments, and yes, they are expensive, but they really worked. She wore them for 2 years. Now, she occasionally wears a retainer, but you can't see it anyway.
