Question:

Should I keep wearing elastics?

I mean its only bringing one side of my teeth together, but not the other side. Its like this:

So should I follow my conscience and not wear them or follow dentist orders???? HELP

Answers:

If your dentist placed you on the elastics, they are there for a reason.

Any deviation from the plan (like you thinking you know more) will more than likely keep your braces on longer. Isn't the point to get them off as soon as possible?
