Question: ok i got my wisdom teeth removed 9am yesterday its been 36 hours and i still cant close my mouth ( teeth to teeth) is this normal thanks?

Your swelling is preventing you from doing this. Give it a few more days, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it doesn't get better within the next few days make sure you call your surgeon to be evaluated. Best of luck.
Your jaw joint (TMJ) is probably traumatized, just give it a day or two it will get better, or call your dentist and have him take a look. It's probably as I said above, but it never hurts to check. Most dentists do not mind a comfort call. It will put your mind at ease.
