How much do u take for an houre for a dental assisstant?!
Question: i am 17 years old , i have bean working as a dental assisstant for about 3 months and i take 8 dolars in one houre , and i fell that it is realy a small amount of sealery becouse i realy get stresed in work and i work hard and 5 days a weak and in the end ,,, by the way am in australia

I'm sorry to hear that your not making a lot of money as a dental assistant. But you have got to start someplace and for most of us that place is at the bottom. Please don't worry so much about your job, especially when your around patients. In time you'll get better at what you do and with that experience the amount your paid will increase. Now please stay calm and the bigger pay checks will be with you in a little while.

im a dental assistant and for being 17 and working in a dental field is very good.....but i think you make a good amount...once you get more experience you may go up when i started i got 9 an hour and i was full time and 19 years old. now i make 14 an hour plus you prob arent certified either so 8 is a good amount dont worry youll make more over time.
i find it quite interesting that youre 17...and yes, graduated high school...but you actually work as a dental assitant?
you ened fuirther education in university to do that!!
and when you do complete that education and are liscenced to be an assitant, you will make much more than $8 an hour!!
