Crest white strips?!

Question: i tried to use them, but i have a major gag reflex. did not go so well. Are the trays any better.

I highly doubt that trays will be much better. I am a dental hygienist and also hate the white strips. I have trays as well, and dislike them about as much. The only thing better about the trays is that fit more closely and the gel does not leak as bad. Have you considered having them bleached in office? It is only about a 1 hour procedure and you are done. This may be your best bet. Hope this helps!
