Do I floss then brush, or brush and then floss?!

Question: I asked my dentist this and he said brush then floss then rinse out with mouthwash.

Answers: I asked my dentist this and he said brush then floss then rinse out with mouthwash.

Brush floss and then brush again

Floss then brush.you need to brush last so you get all the bits from flossing out of your mouth.

Floss then brush. Lil big boy is right.

I agree with little big boy... ^_^

Brush > floss > brush > rinse with anti-plaque liquid..

FLOSS THEN BRUSH

What's most important is that you are doing both. Honestly, I think most dentists would be estatic to hear you're flossing since so many people forget to do it.

I don't personally think the order matters. If you brush and then floss you can just rinse your mouth out to get rid of any loose bits.

floss first. if you make that your habit then you are less likely to omit flossing when you are rushed or tired. most folks find flossing tedious and annoying, especially when their floss tends to get caught or broken between teeth. flossing is vital to dental health and by putting it before the brushing you make it most likely that you will get it all done every time.

floss-brush-floss

dont think it matters as long as you do both regularly :)
always look after your smile its one thing we can give another to cheer them up and it costs nowt
