Is all type of oral surgery for removing impacted tooth can be extracted from local anes ..??
or they can chose general ..?? is it their choice .. what the dentist will normaly ask u to chose ..??

it depends.
I have two impacted wisdom teeth, and my dentist would do it under general anesthesia, but the fact is that they are too close to the nerves so I need an oral surgeon.
If its a more or less complicated surgery, trust me, you will want to be asleep!
