That depends on the number of years of staining and what the stains are from. I would start with crest whitestrips, as I have tried these and they work very well at removing stains and making your teeth whiter. If you are very worried you can go to a dentist who can do bleaching using UV rays.

the dentice can bleech them,and if you brush your teeth with bakeing soda they get whiter!

to get whiter teeth you should use te tooth paste which is really good and worked for lots of people.. its quality is that it does not cotain granules ..which can damage the natural layer of teeth and colgate has granules
