That is true, they rub on some numbing agent with Qtip on the area where they will put in the needle to numb it and then they go ahead with the needle, and you can't feel the needle.
Put your fingernail on your gum and don't push it in, just rest it on, and that's pretty much the feeling of the needle going in.
Not too bad, isn't it?
