I believe the head office for Invisalign in the Asia-Pacific region is based in Sydney, Australia. I think their contact details are available at www.invisalign.com.au. A dentist in the Philippines can probably establish a relationship to provide treatment using Invisalign but I am not sure about distribution rights.
