My Braces really hurt...?!

and i cant wear them for more than half an hour before they really hurt my teeth. What can i do??

I had the same one, for me those braces (also called twin blocks) didnt hurt me that much, u have to wear it every single day and its not supposed to hurt u but u can go and ask ur ortho about it.

Did you only recently get these removable braces? If so, you should just continue wearing it and give it time. Soon enough before you know it your teeth will be totally used to it and you wont even realise that you're wearing it!
visit dentist/orthodontist!!!! don't wear them again unitll you have expert advise. an orthodontist is an expert in teeth positions. if a dentist/orthodontist told you to wear them then call him/her and tell them they hurt.
That's just part of the process. I had braces also, and there is definitely pain involved. It's worse right after each adjustment to the braces. It will hurt for a few days after that, but then it will subside.
