Whats thee fastest way of getting rid of canker sores in the mouth? I use dilluted peroxide but that prolongs the healing.
Answers:
You could try ambisol or cank-aid. that works well. or just use a cue tip and cover it in salt. put salt on the canker sore. This might hurt but remember: the more it hurts the more bacteria it's killing.
