You will be alright as long as you don't make it a habit to not wear your retainers. That would cause problems. Sometimes I don't wear mine to school (6 hours) but I usually wear them. You will be fine this one time.

yes! just make sure u remember to put it in when u get home AND also put it somewhere safe for no dog or kid can get to it...but remember where u put it

yea,of course it is. you don't have to wear them 24/7 you know! you only had to wear them almost all the time for the first month or so. but,now all you need to do is wear them around night time during your sleep.
