once you lose them they can not come back
try using a softer tooth brush and not brushing so hard
I know we were taught to brush our teeth after we eat
if you ate something that is high in acid it is the worst thing to do
the acid in foods soften your teeth and gums
after you eat rinse well with water a few times and after 30 then brush
if your gums are inflamed even a little when you brush your teeth you will lose gum tissu
this is what my dentist told me to do
use peroxide straight DO NOT SWALLOW
Rince for 30 sec's twice a day
rince with water after to get rid of the peroxide
this will get rid of any infection
once your gums are ok mix the peroxide with the same amount of water
The bottle says the same thing
