I Got a set of trays made at my dentist and they have their own case and everything. i got like 4 tubes of opel essence to go with it for like 180 I know it sounds pricey but i like my own things and for them to fit right. It took three days for my teeth to look movie star then I just use them once a month for touch up. ps too much is not a good thing it will make your teeth sensitive if you do it too much so you need to watch it.
