Well, Heres the Story
My dentist refered my to the orthodontist
The first time I went, the orthodontist the took impressions and pictures and said that i would need a functional brace then traintracks.
The next time I went it said on the card it said ' imp. tba '
and she took more impressions. & said that the functional brace would be for 7-9 months.
I booked another appointment, as instructed, for two weeks later, which is this coming thursday. When at reception, the receptionist said, oh its good being in the holidays, so you have a couple of days to get used to them before going back to school.
Now on the card it says 'fit tba'
What will she do to me now. Does that mean i will get it on thursday?

Well, I am no expert. But by looking at your question, I think that they are going to fit your for them (see how they should do it) or they are going to put them on. I would say call your ortho to make sure. If you don't want to however, be prepared with the thought that you might get them on on Thursday. I get mine on Friday! Just be prepared with tons of advil and soft foods if you are getting them on.
umm ya when i got mine i had to go back every week and then they putn them on after all that
The fitting for the functional brace.
It probably means they will fit you for brackets or the size of the brackets for the front. Molar Brackets go around usually a molar for some braces or other orthodontic appliances. The other type of bracket goes on the front of the teeth so the wire can be connected for the braces. I had molar brackets for an expander but not on my braces because they are a different type of braces. But I have front brackets, Good Luck!!!!
