My spacers are killing me...?
I got spacers yesterday afternoon. When I woke up I was almost screaming in pain. I took ibuprofen, but it still kills! I can't eat ANYTHING! The only thing that doesn't bother me is Mountain Dew...
I don't get these stupid things out until July 25th!!! thats a month!
Will the pain ease?

Yes the pain will eventually ease a bit, it's just like the first time you had braces, your teeth moved a lot on the first night or two then you got used to them and the worst had passed, now it's the same with the spacers, give them a few days to move your teeth and when they're moved, the spacer is just there to keep them apart, not move them, so they won't hurt so much after. They might be sensitive when you eat hard foods, just like with braces, but that's it... no worries, you'll feel better!! Keep taking Ibuprofen, also you can take some Oragel, it'll slightly numb your gums and teeth for a little while, and it'll make you feel better.
