Centre bottom teeth on toddler are loose. Damaged or normal?!

Question: The centre two bottom teeth on my 5 year old are loose. The reason why I worry is, that, as far as I know, baby teeth start falling out at the top, not the bottom. Also is it not just one, but both of them. The other thing is, that she grinds her teeth at night quite intensely, so I wonder if she did some damage there. The one thing I know is, that she didn't hit them on anything.
I really appreciate any help. Thank you!

No... the pattern for losing baby teeth is bottom first usually (except for the canines), and they usually do happen in pairs.
I think everything is fine. It isvery common for children to grind their teeth, and doesn't necessarily mean they will continue this habit aas they get theyir adult teeth.

The grinding may have loosened them, also bottle rot, although may not have had a bottle for a couple of years. Time for the first dentist visit.

5 years old is normal to start loosing teeth. I have never heard that they lose teeth on the top first. I think it depends on the kid. It is very normal to have more than one lose tooth at a time. If you suspect there is a serious problem I would get that kid to a dentist so the adult teeth are not damaged when they come in.

It's a bit like when they get their teeth to begin with; generally they get them on the top first - but that's just generally, not a medical law.

Baby teeth are supposed to fall out, as long as your daughter is brushing regularly and has nice healthy gums then that's the important thing.

Perfectly normal for the bottom two to come out first, have three kids and all lost the bottom first, followed by top two shortly afterwards.

I would have a word with the dentist though about the grinding.
