How to get rid of white spots?!
Question: Is there any way? I have white spots on my teeth because i use to be really bad about brushing. But now i brush all the time and was wondering if their was a way to get rid of white spots? I still have braces on but should be getting them off soon

It sounds like you have decalcification. To re-calcify teeth you need to be using fluoride daily. You can ask your orthodontist for a prescription for fluoride gel (Prevident). Daily use of fluoride should help with the white spots. Good luck.
go 2 ur dentist....mayb the prob is that u dont get the nutrients ur supposed to. like i didnt drink enough dairy products and then i had the same problem. i started drinking more milk and then they slowly started to disappear. that worked 4 me. u should try it.
