I want to whiten my teeth some more, which toothpaste is effective? Are there any other methods?

remberant whiting toothpaste works best for me...i use crest whitestrips and patients i know who come into my office use them too and i notice a difference in whiter brighter teeth(using shade guide to show them the difference it makes:)) i use remberant to keep them white because i love coffee:) if you want to spend more money:( you could go to a hygenist and the can make you custom whitening trays and give you bleach for them...it costs more money but the toothpaste and crest whitestrips are just as effective try that before you spend the extra money:)
