its probably a pimple. if its kindof small and you can feel it. its really not anything serious. you cant do anything about it.
it could happen from eating something really sour, or u could have burned ur tongue

Yup a pimple indeed. Also known as Herpes Simplex. 93% of people have it and don't even know it...... brushing it off as a cold sore or whatever.
