Can a wisdom replace one of your molars?!

Question:

Can a wisdom replace one of your molars?

like im asking if there is no room for it can it like break your
2nd molar and replace its self with it? or can you pull out your 2nd molar and when the tooth comes in it can be your new molar? because my molars are like swelling well at least thats what they feel like and like there is tons of pressure on them but i don't know what it could be. so have any guesses?

Answers:

First of all your wisdom will not "break" your 2nd molar, it may only push/drift it. your wisdom may replace the 2nd (if its missing) but I wouldnt recomment that because they are usually smaller in size. Whats likely is that the dentist extracts your wisdom and leaves your 2nd if its causing any problems.
About your swelling, well it could be anything, ranging from a normal eruption swelling to an infection, so go get it checked!
