Eeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww!!!!!

Keep brushing and flossing and rinse with a dilute solution (1/3 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide with 2/3 cup water) for at least one minute. That will handle all the bacteria in your mouth.

Best of luck and eeeeeeeewwwwwwww!!!!

Keep brushing and I would use Listerine for your braces.

Bad breath may come when your stomech is empty or not clean. There are many causes.... First and formost use a salt based toothpaste and gargle in lukie warm salt water....

There are lots more causes for badbreath......

ewwwwwwww

Hi
i think listerine mouth wash is good for braces.I suggest you should check with your dental doctor to see if you have any cavities or gums infections and then u should go for oralprophylaxis(cleaning)
If you are diabetic then the immunity in the body becomes less and there is a possibility of plague and calculus formation causing bad breath. So a medicated mouth wash like CHLORHEXIDINEis good
One can also have bad breath due to digestive disorders or constipation. So pls check with your doctor

Make sure you are flossing daily and also brushing the posterior part of your tongue.

drink more water and brush your tongue to remove more bacteria. also brush your teeth at least 3 times a day if you have braces and try to floss regularly (put the floss under the wire then go ahead). if you still feel self concious, carry some mints around just to be on the safe side.

1.Brush twice a day
2.floss regularly.
3.use a tongue cleaner. Listerine gargle is good, use it...
4.rinse after every meal, that removes food particles immediately(if they stay longer, they would start decomposing. as hours pass by, & cause bad breath..)
5.check if you have any problems in digestion... Indigestion ,constipation, fasting long hours during the day,not drinking enough water, keeping your mouth shut for longer time.(not speaking)...all these contribute towards bad breath..
