How is enamel damaged?!

Question:

How is enamel damaged?

Answers:

Acidic foods
Chewing on bones
Whitening teeth too often (it removes the surface enamel)
With age and use over the years
Braces (where wires rub)
Brushing too hard and using hard bristle toothbrushes
Too much sugar that remains on teeth (caramels etc)
Too much coffee (acid, caffeine, etc)

It is so hard to avoid but enamel is important to good teeth.
