My gums have receded very much especially the front,any way to get them to grow back?

Once you loose gum tissue there is no way of getting it back unless you have a tissue grafting procedure done. You should also know that because you have tissue loss you also have bone loss in that area which means your teeth have lost their natural supporting structures. This tissue loss could be due to the way you brush your teeth, the type of tooth brush you use (always use a soft tooth brush never hard), or it could mean you have some type of periodontal disease which is a disease of the supporting structures of the teeth. If you regularly see your dental hygienist then she should inform you about the problem or if not you could ask. If you aren't seeing a dental professional regularly I would recommend you do so. I also am unaware of the extent of your recession to give you proper advice.
