is possible dentist can re'cement molar crown back in if only temporally till you in position to get a new one
best thing to do is take it out thursday night and clean all cement carefully so all dentist has to do is re'fill

If the crown is not damaged and if the remainder of the tooth is good, it should just be 'glued' back on. I don't think using temporary glue is such a good idea. You might call around to see if any one else can put it back in place correctly sooner than Friday if you can't wait.

I had a crown fall off, and the tooth it feel off of chipped and broke away till it had to be surgicaly removed.

I would have it looked at maybe there is something else they can do beside crown it

If you are seeing the original dentist for your crown, then they will re-cement it as long as the tooth is still OK. Dentists usually have a responsibility time frame for their dental work provided it's not something else causing premature failure.
If you were to contact dentist office immediately ....normally they will get you right in and fix it. Hope this is of some help !

I bet there is a post on top? If so they don't have much retention & will probably come out a gain!! But yes have recemented many over the years when tooth was no decayed underneath. DR walker
