Question: ok so how do i fix not brushing my teeth and having hardened plaque on my teeth? How do i tell my dentist i need this fix and them not getting mad at me for not brushing?
Could i tell them that brushing didn't seem important since i haven't ha any cavaties and it is hard with braces?

What it sounds like you have is plaque and tartar build up. The only way to remove it is by a dentist, they can do a thorough cleaning which will remove plaque deep from your gums. Also if it is tartar hardened on your teeth they will have to do a process called a scaling.
The best thing you should do is call them up and tell them that you have concerns and want to come in asap.
If you don't get ahold of them and have them do whatever needs to be done, all that hardened plaque and/or tar tar will in time turn in to cavities.
Your dentist won't be mad at you, maybe alittle disappointed, but just remember to brush floss and rinse w/mouth wash 2-3 times a day to help.
