Sure you can, I had braces and then a retainer in my teens and I made out all the time. Just make sure it is clean, and the one you are kissing doesn't have one, or anything else that could get snagged on it. I think it would be easier to just take it out first though.... but i understand that in the heat of the moment it's not always the first thing on your mind *wink wink* Have fun :)
