Question: no job. no money. no health insurance. several bad teeth than need to be pulled, my mouth is too small so there all crowded and full of cavities. :( idk what to do.

Someone will hire you, you just haven't found the right job yet... focus on an entry-level position in your line of work, then the promotions should follow once you've shown them what you're capable of doing........ in the meantime, look for a clinic that treats low/no income families... or ask your medical doctor for a reference.
If you have 4 kids and don't work, are you on some kind of state aid? If so, there are always clinics who accept that type of benefit...

Your best bet would be looking into free clinics.
Im sorry your in this state, you shud have thought about your future before planning on kids or having unplaned pregnancies, you shud be able to control urself, think about the future, long term and reality then having a dirty mind, you lead a particualar then u suffer the consequences, am not having a go but am trying to give advice, ppl are in this position because deep down they are not confident, they are insecure, unattractive & got issues so therefore will do things without thinking twice and want to let go their emotions and frustrations, better to keep ur self-respect & dignity, if ur teeth hurt then go to an emergency, i dnt know where ya from but here in the UK whether you work or not and dont have money u r still entitled to free treatment if its an emergency, u need to go to ur local hospital if its serious, get sumone to look after the kids or something but try to be realistic in the future and be strong minded/hearted so u dnt be put in this position again considering its not too latr for u but there is always a way but takea a determination, courage and self-respect, just cuz sumone is not slim tall attractive doesnt mean they shud not think of the future, they shud always keeps things in perspective, think of themselves in the right way first then anything, i know u might think this doenst make sense but its true, trust me on this, belive me, Peace.
