i have to go to the dentist today for a cavity. and i am SO nervous bout the shot part....... i want to know how it feels... please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depending upon the skill of the dentist giving the shot it can be nearly painless or it can hurt a lot. The beauty of it is, though, that even if it hurts, the pain lasts for only a second or two because the shot itself will numb you to any pain. Put up with this brief discomfort and you will indeed be very happy that you did!
