What is the best method for whitening your teeth?
There are a few different, in-office procedures advertised, like ReZoom for example. I'm definitely going to get the dentist to do it, one way or the other, but I'd like to know which method is the most effective. And cost effective would be nice too. :)

The Best System is Opalescense, by ultradent. I don´t know if you can get it on USA , we use it very much with pretty well results on many pacients, it´s one of the cheaper ways.
